An early flowering, deciduous climber, with bronze-purple stems and leaves. Bears a profusion of single, pale, mauve-pink flowers. Height 5-14m. Spread 2-3m. Flower colour mauve, pink. Flowers from may to june. Deciduous. Foliage colour green. Hardy. Planting instructions back-fill with soil mixed with peat and a suitable fertiliser.
